Garden of Hope: Knicks and Rangers Drive to the Playoffs

MSG Fans May Finally Get Some Action in the Spring

(New York, NY) – It’s been 7 long years for Knick fans but the team appears ready to finally join the playoffs.  Meanwhile the Rangers hope to avoid last year’s outcome, where they missed the playoffs by one slot.  With 11 games left they cling to a 4-point lead over the 9th place Hurricanes.   For such a dark arena to be empty come playoffs is pretty sad but hopefully it will be rocking with both teams.  For the Rangers, they have used the season to build a nucleus of young talent and boast a top-5 defense while having the youngest back-line in the NHL on average age.    Meanwhile the Knicks have built around Amare and Carmelo and hope their young talent in Landry Fields can add to their drive.  We’ll know in a few weeks.
